Service Policies

Cancellations & No Shows

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide 24+ hour notice if you must cancel. If a minimum of 24 hours is not provided, there will be a fee of $35 per service missed that will be charged to your card on file or required to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. For example, if a haircut and color was scheduled, then the fee will be $70. 

Sick Policy

If you are cancelling within 24 hours due to COVID or another illness, the $35 per service missed cancellation fee will be charged and then applied as a non-refundable deposit towards a rescheduled service. If the rescheduled service is cancelled for any reason, then the deposit will be forfeited. 

Rescheduling Policy

I understand that things happen and sometimes you need to reschedule an appointment with me. I will do my best to accommodate your needs when an appointment time no longer works for you. However, I cannot guarantee an available time within three weeks of the original appointment date that works for you.  Please note, if a service appointment is rescheduled several times and still falls within my cancellation guidelines, I reserve the right to no longer accept appointments scheduled by you and you will be asked to find a new service provider that works better with your schedule. 

Late Policy

I will always do my best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send me a message to let me know so that I can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it so we have enough time for the entirety of your service, fantastic! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service to keep it in the time we have booked just for you. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will be unable to complete your service and you will be responsible for a $35 per service missed cancellation fee as explained above before we will be able to reschedule. 

Service Guarantee & Adjustment Policy

I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment, please contact me within 5 days of your appointment date so that we may schedule an appointment at my earliest availability to correct it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. 

Guests & Children

In a busy salon environment, we do not have the space to accommodate guests with you at your service appointment. Children are only permitted while receiving a service in the salon and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
