Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file or required prior to booking a future appointment.

Illness & Emergencies

If you must cancel within 48 hours due to illness or emergency, the 50% cancellation fee may be applied, at my discretion, as a deposit toward a rescheduled service.

Rescheduling

I understand that schedules change and will do my best to accommodate reschedule requests when possible. However, availability within three weeks of the original appointment cannot be guaranteed. Repeated rescheduling that falls within cancellation guidelines may result in the inability to book future appointments, at which time you may be referred to a stylist better suited to your scheduling needs.

Late Arrivals

Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late. I will always do my best to accommodate you when time allows. If there is insufficient time to complete the full service, certain portions may need to be adjusted or omitted to stay within your reserved appointment time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and will incur the 50% cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to me. If an adjustment is needed, please contact me within 5 days of your appointment so we may schedule a complimentary adjustment at my earliest availability. This policy does not apply to changes of mind or services altered outside of the salon.

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm and focused salon environment, guests are not permitted during service appointments. Children receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Additional children or guests are not permitted inside of the salon without a prior discussion.
