Choosing a new stylist is a personal decision, and my goal is to make the process feel seamless, thoughtful, and welcoming from the very beginning. My new guest experience is intentionally designed to remove uncertainty and ensure you feel fully supported before you ever step into the studio.

 

Once your first appointment is requested, I personally review your booking details. You’ll receive a texted link with everything you need to prepare for your visit, including studio location, parking information, and what to expect on your appointment day.

 

When you arrive at Native Roots, you’ll complete a brief new guest introduction form, allowing us to begin with a clear understanding of your hair history, lifestyle, and both short and long-term goals. From there, we’ll move into a thorough consultation and create a plan tailored specifically to you. The salon is full of natural light, calm, and intentionally curated so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
